Yes, the interest was high this weekend with the new release of lots 1,2 and 3. The new owner of lot 1 was thrilled to have the opportunity to purchase his absolute favorite view lot and take advantage of the $20,000 developer allowance offered as the first lot sold in phase 2.
Currently lots 1, 4, 5 ,6 , 7 and 10 have new owners and we have interested parties on several others at this time.
Lot 5 is well under construction and we have posted pictures on our website. The owner is a most qualified builder and has many unique features that will bring added value to himself and the community.
Watch for more updates as we receive new plans for owner homes.
We will be sure to keep you informed regarding the proposed homes and their progress. To date, we have received some very exciting designs which will no doubt add value to our community.
Given the current low interest rates, and momentum that the real estate market has shown, it is a perfect time to revisit purchasing real estate on Vancouver Island. Building costs have declined, allowing people to build more home for their money .
